A webinar on Mentoring was conducted via Google meet on 7th Aug 2020. The resource person for the webinar was Fr. Dr. Jiju Arakkathara, University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. Teachers from various departments participated in the webinar. The webinar was jointly organised by Departments of Business Administration, IQAC, PG Department of English and Mentoring cell.

Webinar gave the teachers an insight on how to mentor the students, to lead them in the right directions. It also imparted knowledge about the shifting mentoring paradigms, to the teachers. It asked the teachers to improvise, the way they approach the students and add innovative ideas to their teaching curriculum.
